With a phenomenal race day finisher’s rate of 99%, Roadrunners is a proven training program. Since 1990, the Roadrunners have helped nearly 30,000 people cross the finish line on race day.

The Roadrunners Training Program Includes:

  • 27 weeks of training
  • Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced runners are welcome!
  • Running, Run/Walk and Walking Pace Groups
  • Lectures by nutrition, medical & athletic experts
  • Interactive website
  • Experienced pace leaders trained to make your training and marathon experience rewarding
  • Training t-shirt
  • Training manual with complete training calendar - available online
  • Training day water stations and Gatorade replacement fluid
  • Special race day accommodations - including special corral at the front of the start line directly behind the Elite Runners
  • Gait analysis and personal performance evaluation
  • Specialized form and technique instruction
  • Social events
  • Roadrunners special waiting and warm-up area prior to the marathon including bathroom facilities within walking distance of the start line
  • Private baggage transfer from pre-marathon waiting area to post-marathon meeting area in a secure, private ballroom in a nearby hotel

Roadrunners meet every Saturday for 27 weeks.

The training locations are as follows:

LA Roadrunners meet at 7 AM in Venice at Westminster Avenue School

Ventura Roadrunners meet at 7:30 AM at San Buenaventura State Beach

Inland Empire Roadrunners/Butterfield meet at 7 AM in Chino Hills at Butterfield Park

Inland Empire Roadrunners meet at 7 AM in Chino at the Pacers Running Company Store
